When I came to work with Joel I was feeling stressed out and I also mentioned to him that I was having sleep issues

The main reason I cam to work with Joel was to have better sleep. Specifically my goal was to get to sleep at an earlier time,

I heard of Joel because he was recommended to me by someone close to me.

My biggest obstacle to finally calling Joel was that I had doubts about how coaching works.

My mind was changed after my first meeting with Joel. I felt supported and ready to make behavior changes. After a few session I made progress and I could see how this might work with other people I know.

Since working with Joel my sleep has continued to be good and I’m glad I worked with him. I didn’t expect coaching to work but it did.
